The 3Rs when it’s getting too much – Reflect, Reset & Refocus

I love starting new projects, I hold an ambition that my side hustles will grow to be my thing, but the projects are more than that, they are a way I develop new skills and decompress. They are a positive outlet, but after a while they can be too much and that is when I use the 3Rs.

I actually schedule this time in my diary, so that I know it’s a priority.

Reflect – What is working, what isn’t?

This is an honest assessment, without judgment, that said it can be more of a feeling than practical.

Reset – What can I clear out?

I use the 4Ds – Delete, Do Less, Defer and Delegate.


With more space in a less cluttered mind, I have room for excellence.
